Stefania has been working in the private equity market for over 25 years. She managed investments in small and medium enterprises (both majority and minority stakes) in different industrial sectors. Stefania is also an independent board member in a few listed companies (De’ Longhi Group, Interpump Group and RCS Group) and in a fintech company, operating in the instant lending market, Banca Aidexa. She graduated cum laude in Management from Bocconi University.
